How do I book?

Just send us an inquiry with your request and we will do our best to confirm the requested service as soon as possible. Afterward, we will send you reservation confirmation details. Reservation confirmation is at least 20% of the total amount of requested tour. You can pay the rest on the spot in cash or by credit card.

How can I pay?

You can pay for the booking confirmation (20%) via bank transfer, PayPal, or Revolut.

You can pay the rest on the spot by credit card or cash.

What if I have paid and my plans change and I can't come?

If you are unable to come due to special circumstances with COVID19, we will refund the full payment.

If you cancel your booking:

– more than 30 days before the start of the service – 20% is retained

– 29 to 15 days until the start of the service – 40% is retained

– 14 days to 7 days until the start of the service – 60% is retained

– 6 days to 3 days until the start of the service – 80% is retained

– 3 days (72 hours) until the start of the service – 100% (NO SHOW)

Where do we start and where does the tour end?

We are specialized in private tours. So, the departure and end of the tour are wherever you say.

What kind of vehicles do you use?

We use new, quality and comfortable vehicles. All our vehicles are equipped with the highest level of safety equipment and functionalities that raise the level of comfort in travel to the maximum. Depending on the number of passengers, the vehicle is also defined.

Who are your drivers / tour guides?

Our drivers are not ordinary drivers. Our drivers, in addition to being professional drivers, are licensed and experienced tour guides. In our opinion, these are the key people on your journey who are at your service throughout the journey and are dedicated only to you. Our drivers are not just drivers, they are also a guide and friend and security and luggage carrier and everything else you need to feel comfortable all the time and that is the reason why you will have a smile at the end of the trip and that is the reason why this trip will remain in your memory forever.

Who are your local guides?

Just as we think drivers/ tour guides are important, so do we think local guides are also very important to fulfill the quality of every journey. We choose only local licensed guides, born and raised in that particular city because we consider that is the true local experience and best way to get to know the city’s history, culture, habits, and traditions.

What kind of hotels do you use?

For our clients, we book (depending on the location and date) only the previously checked – best available hotels 4*/5* in a particular city.

What if I don't like the hotel / vehicle / driver / guide?

Suppliers we choose for our clients belong to the very top of the offer in the Republic of Croatia. Such situations are extremely rare, however, if they do occur, we will do everything in our power to smooth things over or simply change them (room, hotel, vehicle, driver, guide, … ).

In which kind of restaurants do we eat?

There is a saying in Croatia: “Love goes through the stomach.” So, when it comes to food, we leave nothing to chance. Additionally, we take special care in case a special diet is needed. Croatia is a Mediterranean country with a long history and culinary tradition, extremely clean land and healthy food, and we choose restaurants whose owners think like us. So, we eat in restaurants with the best home-cooked food.

What are the roads like in Croatia?

Roads are generally very good in Croatia, especially on major traffic routes. All trips are very pleasant. The most important Croatian road is the new motorway that runs from the north of Croatia all the way to the south of Croatia, the A1. We should also mention the Adriatic Highway, a regional road that leaves you breathless because it runs along the Adriatic Sea from Rijeka to Dubrovnik, about 600 km long.

Is it very hot in Croatia during the summer?

April, May, and October are very pleasant for traveling, walking, and enjoying, but still not warm enough for swimming in the sea. The sea temperature is below 20 ° C.

June, July, August, and September – air temperature is between 25 ° C and 35 ° C, sea temperature very pleasant 22 ° C – 26 ° C. It can be hot during the day, but it is, therefore, an ideal period for swimming in the sea and drinking cocktails.

Is Croatia a safe country?
